You see a guy like Marquand get thrust into a role and you're not sure what's going to happen, but then you see how hard he works because he wants it so bad and he doesn't want to let people down. It's a really incredibly satisfying thing to see as a coach.

We need a guy in that role who's not afraid to swing the bat. And this guy is not afraid.

He is a great guy and he's getting better, which is the important thing. The things that were bothering him are improving. We're just going to ease into it.

I think we have to wait on that. Let's just wait on that to make sure that what is written and what is said is correct.

At the end of the year, if you have a guy who scores 20 touchdowns, gains 1,500 yards, goes to the Pro Bowl, does all those things, you're probably happy you have him, ... And Shaun, I'm glad we have him. If you can have a guy not get hurt and play for you all season long, that will be a positive for your football team.
