You start winning games, you start getting cocky.

I grew up watching Westbrook basketball games and saw some of those winning teams we had in the past and it's something I've always wanted to be a part of. It's been hard lately because we're lacking some talent, but hopefully next year we can turn things around.

We could have gone out there and stunk the joint up and still would have won 10-0. That's how overwhelming our defense was. Do you think Marcus Vick is going to be sore tomorrow? Why did people think we were going to come up here and get our [rears] kicked? Don't tell us we're going to get our butts whipped. It ain't happening.

You usually get a good receiving tight end who can't block much or a good blocker who isn't much of a receiver. You don't get both. And he's both.

All I know is it's Florida State-Miami, and it doesn't get better than that. You'll see some massive hits. You'll see great plays. And I'll be coaching my butt off, but I'll be enjoying it too. It'll be an unbelievable thing.

Anybody can handle throwing a touchdown pass, or engineering a drive for a touchdown. But what happens when you throw your first pick, or … things go wrong? How's a guy going to handle that? I just feel good about him he's a real cool, composed guy.
