You will know you have fully forgiven when you forget that you forgave.

In forgiving, say: I forgive you. I forgive me. I ask that you forgive yourself, and I ask that you forgive me. I release you and set us free.

When you work right, so does everything else.

Have difficulty trusting? Dedicate yourself to being trustworthy and in alignment to who you say you are. Do this and see how your perceptions, and the world around you, changes.

One must be in right relationship with oneself to maintain healthy relationships with others. You'd be surprised how many depend on others to keep them happy. This is bass ackwards.
