You're not always blessed with a roster that's what you truly wanted,

I wouldn't rule anything out. But we've done that a couple of years and it really ties up your roster. That was with a very set team. It didn't hurt us, but it really limits your options on the bench.

The way it works, ... is I did not look at a roster. Everyone had to earn their way on to the team. We have a pretty good mix of classes. We have eight seniors on the team and have strong leadership from our three captains.

We are ecstatic. We are relieved and we are truly blessed.

He doesn't know any plays. Not that we ran any the first half.

This is not an individual sport. Everywhere I went it's about team. I've been coaching the same way my whole life. I never had a problem getting people to understand.
