You've got to be 100 percent dedicated and train year-round to be at the level she is at. She's sacrificed a lot of things and it has paid off for her.

Kelly's 200 IM was just a phenomenal swim. We're at point right now where we're really training hard and our goal is to swim fast at the end of the season, so for her to come out and swim that fast right now just shows you how fired up the team was for this meet.

That was pretty much the turning point. We were ahead a little, but that put us up for good.

She was really sick over the break and couldn't swim for awhile, and even early last week she was limited with what she could do. But she started to feel better and her fly against Greeley West was a phenomenal swim for her for being sick. She's going to keep getting faster.

I think Pittsburgh would be a great city to hold a convention for either party. It represents middle America, the values and working-class people's ideals.

Time is tight in a two- to three-year span, not a two- to three-month span.
