You've got to come out with emotion and play every play like it's the last play. We didn't do that. We didn't execute. We didn't move without the ball. We just didn't play.

It's a new season once you get to Big South Conference play. I'm disappointed in our record right now but hopefully we'll be ready to play come Wednesday night.

We missed some easy shots and turned it over. And then we took some ill-advised, deep threes. We were looking to get it inside. They were very aggressive defensively and it was very hard to move the ball.

We have four seniors on this team and their experience makes a difference in close games like this.

There were six or seven shots in the second half where we had him defended, but he just made them. He's a very good player and when he gets rolling and in rhythm, he's very tough to guard.
