You've gotta believe teams need pitching out there.

Fifteen years now. I think of all the great teams we've had, and if we'd had this pitching, you never know how many rings we'd have won. But I'm just happy to be around and be a part of this.

The last five days before the opener, we didn't get after it. We did not have a lot of at-bats in the week leading up to the season.

Nah, he won't be back (for next year's exhibition). We didn't get him out last year; we couldn't get him out this year.

I feel this thing will go down to the last day. But once we start worrying about Oklahoma, that's when this thing goes down for me. . . . We have to win every game.

If there's any heat to feel, I want (Oklahoma) to feel it.
