A lot of planning for the future that the district must do needs to be based on demographic information. Right now the district is lacking information on the changing demographic in our town.

The basic result that is expected to come out of the place based process is land use planning.

Baseline information really needs to be in place for both. Otherwise, you can't compare the two (organic and conventional).
