The basic result that is expected to come out of the place based process is land use planning.

A lot of planning for the future that the district must do needs to be based on demographic information. Right now the district is lacking information on the changing demographic in our town.

In retrospect, basing (subdivision review) on lot size was not a very good idea. You shouldn't base land use planning on that. Now you have 20-acre tracts all over the place.
