A lot of students said they were holding (alcohol) just for a picture. A lot of them just flat out lied.

There is nothing they can do about it.

If you're not of age, it's pretty stupid (to post pictures of yourself drinking). But I don't understand how it's right for somebody to get punished for a picture.

Any alcohol, any type of drug is not allowed on campus -- anywhere on the campus, period.

It's come down to the fact that they weren't doing the best job managing events with alcohol.

Those are the laws in the state of Pennsylvania. We may need to refer students to the drug and alcohol program. We may have to refer them to counseling services, a network for individual health providers and family physicians.
