A lot of the [UNC] pitchers have mustaches. It's not very attractive.

I'm not sure right now if it's the pitchers out there. I think right now it's us. We're doing it to ourselves. Guys are trying way too hard.

I don't think about other pitchers. I need to pitch the best I can. I know they are not going to give me a job for free, but I can win a job if I earn it. I am working hard for that. They have seen what I can do on the mound.

It's not harmful to us and it is a very attractive spider.

I'm not going to vote for any of the current sluggers or pitchers on the first ballot. It's my way of protesting the use of steroids. Beyond the first ballot, I just don't know. I hope we'll become better informed.
