A man's personality does not affect his anointing, however if he embraces the fact that he has an anointing it can only flourish.

If I'm especially "suave" or "smooth" it's probably because I think you can't handle the rest of my personality.

As much as the irrational sheep want it to be so - personality doesn't diminish talent/hard work. If someone worked hard, they worked hard. Get over it!
