As much as the irrational sheep want it to be so - personality doesn't diminish talent/hard work. If someone worked hard, they worked hard. Get over it!

If I'm especially "suave" or "smooth" it's probably because I think you can't handle the rest of my personality.

A man's personality does not affect his anointing, however if he embraces the fact that he has an anointing it can only flourish.

To get anywhere in this Music business, you either have to a) Work hard, and get your hands dirty, or b) Brown-nose and get your face stink.

Work now or forever be in debt.

I can't tell the difference between me being a workaholic or an insomniac. I work without sleeping, or I can't sleep unless I've satisfied my work ethic.
