The game is very addictive. You can't overwork your wife or help or they might quit. You have to have a good balance.

It's a recognition of women who are still breaking boundaries. There's a lot more of a balancing act for women to succeed. They've really gone out of their way to help other women get there as well.

We are continually looking at ways to help our customers. We know there are many more opportunities to act on. Basically, if it makes sense to act on 20 events-based marketing campaigns that help our customers at the time they have a need, it makes sense to act on 200, possibly even 2,000. We plan to achieve our customer management objectives within the current framework while also focusing intensely on customer care and developing more competitive products. We still have a long way to go.

I'm not here to pitch like a rookie -- or act like one. I'm here to help these guys get to the playoffs and win the World Series.

I like it here, but negotiations are a long way off. If I take care of my game and help my team win, everything else will take care of itself.
