All the builders are having to come south. The Davenport and Haines City areas are going to be filling up. They are also moving farther south, too. There are such horrible water problems in the Four Corners area and there just isn't that much land left.

They are usually snatched up before the first bit of ground has been turned. It is not unusual for an entire subdivision to be sold off of the designs.

Both bring big and diverse strengths to the table, with each filling in key areas for the other. But the question you have to step back and ask is what would this mean to rival suppliers? And just how long would it take for a merged entity to be integrated from top to bottom and provide a true single face to service providers worldwide?

In a lot of the areas, it's not like you fly into the big city and take a taxicab to the local church or whatever. They have to trek to the middle of a jungle or across the desert on a camel. There is a fair amount rigorous effort to get where they are going.
