Weather permitting, there will be multiple crews working around different areas of the city.

We've opened it up to where they can work in multiple areas at one time. The only restriction we have is working on opposite sides (of the road) from each other.

This is all contingent on the weather.

We understand that service crews are currently going in to the affected areas trying to restore service that includes wire-line providers, wireless providers, satellite and broadcast: radio, television and cable.

We have to reach the same stage of advancement in all the other areas. Weather is an example where the world has been able at the political level to exchange data.

All the builders are having to come south. The Davenport and Haines City areas are going to be filling up. They are also moving farther south, too. There are such horrible water problems in the Four Corners area and there just isn't that much land left.
