For people in our e-mailing files, a message is sent two or three days before an item is due to remind them. After that they will receive a letter in the mail after about a week of being late and a second and final notice almost a month after it was due.

In some cases we find empty CD and DVD cases on the shelves in which people have stolen the contents.

It was critical in the pre-construction phase to get everyone involved, from the interior designer to the people who'd put in the audiovisual systems and more. That's because we had to plan for anything that would pass through the concrete walls.
