And no blame is on you if he would not purify himself / And as to him who comes to you striving hard, / And he fears, / From him will you divert yourself.

There is no blame on you in seeking bounty from your Lord, so when you hasten on from "Arafat", then remember Allah near the Holy Monument, and remember Him as He has guided you, though before that you were certainly of the erring ones.

Then turn your back upon them for you are not to blame; / And continue to remind, for surely the reminder profits the believers.

Take alms out of their property, you would cleanse them and purify them thereby, and pray for them; surely your prayer is a relief to them; and Allah is Hearing, Knowing. (The Immunity 9.103)

O you who are clothed! / Arise and warn, / And your Lord do magnify, / And your garments do purify, / And uncleanness do shun, / And bestow not favors that you may receive again with increase, / And for the sake of your Lord, be patient.

The way (to blame) is only against those who ask permission of you though they are rich; they have chosen to be with those who remained behind, and Allah has set a seal upon their hearts so they do not know.
