Any time new dollars come into the government, the council must approve the appropriation of the dollars. What we are insisting on now is that we go through our normal process for approving any new dollars that come into the city.

There are a lot of eyes looking at this. I think things can be worked out. The lease won't be coming back to the council [for changes].

This is entirely in the lap of the government at this point. It's up to the government to decide whether they want to prosecute Dr. Al-Arian on the basis of evidence rejected by this jury or if they want to deport Al-Arian, or if they'll allow him to live in the country in peace.
