Anybody can do a deal. The tough part is doing the deal at the right time, being strategic.

But I definitely don't think this is the right time to discuss this. Gambling is a very, very divisive issue. And right now we need to spend all our time reaching consensus on how to rebuild our infrastructure, bring our people back home and offer incentives to businesses to get them up and running.

I don't think we've asked the right questions, the tough questions, at the right time, in Washington.

It's tough never being right.

I think, if you create the right economic framework in terms of government policy, that Saskatchewan can continue to succeed and grow. Instead of having people migrate from Saskatchewan, they will be migrating to Saskatchewan.

It's the right idea, but not the right time.
