Attacks can happen maybe when you're ready and you see it coming, or when you're not ready you don't see it coming.

I'm appalled, I can't believe a teacher who's supposed to be a role model would do that, and then we wonder what's wrong with our children today. It's really sad to me.

We don't just teach you the techniques, the punches, the self-defense, we also put them under stress so you're also training when it happens on street. You have that stress response. A lot of times, people will freeze. We try to train them through that.
