Ballots are automatically mailed out if you're registered to vote.

All others will receive non-partisan ballots, so they don't get to vote on partisan offices.

I'm not a registered Republican or Democrat. I don't even vote.

If they don't send their ballots in, it's a 'No' vote. So you run the risk of not having any representation at all.

The law says no sooner than April 28 and no later than May 2.

Curry County has always, since I've been here anyway, had more Republicans than Democrats.
