Bob has done a good job as one vote on our City Council. But he's only one vote.

It was so outdated (City Council) couldn't hardly do anything. It keeps them more in tune with current laws and helps the council do their jobs a little better.

It's a good thing for me to get this job, ... But it's a tragic thing for the city of New Orleans.

This is a hard time for the city, a hard time for the council and a hard time for the mayor. I'd much rather be mayor when I was than right now.
