China welcomes all constructive proposals aimed at properly resolving Iranian nuclear issue through diplomatic channels.

The Iranian nuclear issue should be appropriately resolved through diplomatic negotiations.

But on the other hand, we believe that further applying diplomatic efforts, and diplomatic means to resolve the Iranian nuclear issue, remains a relatively suitable and better option.

On the whole, we believe the new U.S. proposals have taken into account and considered the worries and concerns of some of us.

China is extremely unsatisfied with it.

All parties should be dedicated to bridging differences through dialogue and dealing properly with postponement factors so that the six-way talks can restart soon.
