Dana looks forward to continuing its strong relationship with Ford.

Greater customer diversity makes Dana a stronger company, which makes us a better supplier to all of our customers. Our customers understand and agree with this.

Even in Chapter 11, we are continuing to operate under normal circumstances. We will continue to ship products on time to all of our customers. We have not disrupted any of our customers at this point and plan to continue meeting our commitments.

What we did here was based on relationships and commitments by Ford to its workforce and the long-term relationship with our union and the importance they place on us,

Our board of directors determined holding the meeting wasn't the best use of our resources under the current circumstances.

We are optimistic and pleased with where the governor stands with California voters. He looks forward to continuing to talk to Californians about issues important to them.
