Our board of directors determined holding the meeting wasn't the best use of our resources under the current circumstances.

Even in Chapter 11, we are continuing to operate under normal circumstances. We will continue to ship products on time to all of our customers. We have not disrupted any of our customers at this point and plan to continue meeting our commitments.

Greater customer diversity makes Dana a stronger company, which makes us a better supplier to all of our customers. Our customers understand and agree with this.

Dana looks forward to continuing its strong relationship with Ford.

Mike requested a meeting with the full board of directors, and I was happy to oblige. Mike has not told me exactly what it is he wants to say, or what he expects out of the meeting, but it will be useful to hear his side of a story that has obviously stirred up so much emotion.
