Even if transmission can be eliminated now in humans, there likely is an animal reservoir out there which means it can be reintroduced into humans at any time.

Sometimes it is good to be created like animal. You eat, you protect yourself, you want to have sex. NO SHAME ! You don't have no problem but a responsibility, just to protect yourself.
