Everyone is entitled to a fair hearing. It'll be a thorough process. We're going to gather the facts and the committee will make a recommendation to the review board and the board will act however it deems fit.

We have an obligation to spend this money, whatever it takes, so we can have a fair and open forum for our athletes and coaches to air their grievances. Will it set the program back? Who knows? But it's what we have to do.

Workers are legally entitled to breaks and employers have to acknowledge that. They should try and be fair to all staff and consult with them before they change any rules.

It's weird just hearing everybody say it. It's quite an honor, it's unbelievable. It makes you look back at your career and it makes me realize how lucky I've been.
