Workers are legally entitled to breaks and employers have to acknowledge that. They should try and be fair to all staff and consult with them before they change any rules.

The overriding view is that Lord Turner has been lenient on employers.

Everyone is entitled to a fair hearing.

All workers want is a fair shake.

I'm for anything that lets people come here to work legally. There are more protections for workers who are here legally than for those who are not. It's also safer for the workers and employers have a more consistent pool of workers.

That's absolutely ludicrous. Putting the monkey on the employers' back - that's not fair.
