February and March are the busiest times of the year for us. We feel bad especially for the tourists because some of them are here for a week and they can't golf.

The days we've been open, it's been cart paths only. It's pretty disappointing. We had a few people ask us why we're even open, when they've come back from playing.

The survey will give us a precise, in-depth picture of the tourists we attract and hope to attract. We'll learn about their preferences, attitudes and interests; the reasons they choose to go one place versus another.

What would happen if we developed a pill that would let us live to 120?

This was a challenging project for us but we believed in the creative and wanted to be a part of it, ... It was great experience and we all got into the creative process. In the end it became very collaborative. You don't get a lot of opportunities in this business to do something that's expansive and allows you to flex a lot of creative muscles at once but this was one of those projects.

This bull has shown us for more than seven years that when it pulls back it bends a little but doesn't break. You get a small price discount and buyers come right back in. And that's the sign of a bull market that has plenty of life left in it.
