For the girls they do Hello Kitty and for the boys they do a little train.

My favorite is the one with the train, the California roll and the cucumber roll.

It's very kid-friendly with all the bento boxes and kid toys that they get for kids.

I could see both the boys and girls races being very close. It isn't just Penn and then everybody else, like before. There are a lot of teams in the mix.

A lot of the girls can shoot as hard as the guys. (But) the boys are so much quicker and faster. And they shoot from everywhere. So it really helps us to always be ready. It's good for reflexes.

Since a lot of them, the varsity boys and some of the girls, ran during the summer, we have been able to hit some hill work and speed work earlier in the season. Plus, we have added some circuit training; which includes sit-ups, push-ups and various other exercises to build the core muscles.
