Girls fight different than boys. Boys get in big fights and get over it. Girls don't get over it. I don't think guys would understand what we're talking about.

We can talk about things girls go through sometimes.

You change when you grow up, and you start liking different things.

I could see both the boys and girls races being very close. It isn't just Penn and then everybody else, like before. There are a lot of teams in the mix.

A lot of the girls can shoot as hard as the guys. (But) the boys are so much quicker and faster. And they shoot from everywhere. So it really helps us to always be ready. It's good for reflexes.

Since a lot of them, the varsity boys and some of the girls, ran during the summer, we have been able to hit some hill work and speed work earlier in the season. Plus, we have added some circuit training; which includes sit-ups, push-ups and various other exercises to build the core muscles.
