He was always hanging around for moral support and he was still savvy on the sport. But he really didn't get back on the mat until his junior year. To miss an entire season and come back strong like that tells you a lot about him.

This is fantastic to have this happen his senior year. He had a different attitude.

That was what we looked at from the very beginning, what was going to happen at 60, 71, 89 and 215. We got the pins because our guys went out there and wrestled with a lot of heart, came from behind and showed a lot of character.

Coach Cole first saw me play in the Carpenter Cup and after that he stayed in touch. I really like the school and Coach Cole. I looked at a couple of other schools, but a Penn education is hard to pass up. I went to camps there in October and January. I'm grateful for the opportunity.

The president fully appreciates the support the vice president has shown him over time, and thinks its understandable that he will have differing points of view from time to time as he runs for president on his own.

It was a nice win, but it got close. I thought they carried the majority of the third period. It became a nail-biter. The Reps worked hard. I don't think we matched their work ethic in that third period.
