We're trying to prepare for Wal-Mart, ... We wanted someone interested in the store, not the stock price. We were intrigued with AWI (Associated Wholesalers), a true cooperative owned by its store-customers. We started buying off them in September-October of last year and the more business we did, the more we liked them.
