He's going to hit third for us in the lineup. I want him to keep doing what he does for us. He's going to play centerfield, which is a little different than what he is used to. I think he'll do a great job as a leader there helping out the guys on each side.

Jay's a pretty quiet guy, but each year he's become more vocal and he is without a doubt a leader of our offense.

His hitting is probably the most obvious thing that stands out about him. Jon just does everything right; it's not just his hitting. He is the easiest guy to coach. I work with him in the outfield and he's the guy you never have to tell to do things over again.
