Hopefully we've got through the worst period of this cyclone, though I must stress that it's reaching inland to communities that would never have experienced a cyclone.

Buildings themselves may withstand the force of the winds because of our building codes, however, a category four and category five will be devastating.

The mind can go either direction under stress—toward positive or toward negative: on or off. Think of it as a spectrum whose extremes are unconsciousness at the negative end and hyperconsciousness at the positive end. The way the mind will lean under stress is strongly influenced by training.

Anthony is just one of the cogs in the engine. I can't stress enough when we're asked as coaches who is playing well, it's the entire team. The reason why we're successful is that they all have bought into the team concept. It's all three phases of the game: Offense, defense and special teams.

Do you think living in the street the year before contributed to your stress level?

For most of my life, I have eaten to deal with stress.
