I don't think losing one battle means you've lost the war.

That's one of the beauties of the organization. You put it on the shelf until you need it.

If they want to streamline the process, they need to get their building permits in control.

The bottom line is that voters know better.

I just believe it's wrong. Do it after the May election; otherwise it smacks of campaigning.
