I had a lap time in my head so I knew what I had to get done.

I knew I could beat her. I beat her yesterday and I have always said that, if I beat someone once, I can beat them again. I just focused on what I had to do.

I knew that I could win in the last lap, with about a half-lap left. I knew I had better finishing speed, so I was not demoralized to see her taking the lead. I wasn't feeling very well.
