I loved learning about the European culture firsthand.

We also have an e-learning strategy that we're developing.

She was incredibly frustrated. She's young and she doesn't have much (varsity) experience. She's learning through all of this. But she has to understand that she has to stay focused through everything.

It gets them excited about learning. The girls will sit still, have a great discussion and stay on subject. But the guys love the movement; they love the competition.

It's exciting because they're learning another culture, making it a vacation for their families.

I think it does go back to culture change and learning how to manage differently and think about new ways this could benefit the company.
