I resolve to quit resolving.

Resolutions are based on the amount of stress in your life. If you have lots of it, your goals become simpler. However, they are just as hard to accomplish.

At times, it is better to "just do it" than to "do it right". One reason new year resolutions don't work is because we expect too much from ourselves. Rush, meet your deadlines, you can always continue from where you stopped next year.

When you see a new year, see realities and limit fantasies!
