Do not beat yourself up for what you did or did not do. That will only bruise you and break you and make you less able to live the life you want. You can’t change the past, and you can’t control the future, but you can sure as hell contribute to the quality of your today.

To live in the past you end up losing your present and forgetting about a future

It's barely typical writing about things of the past here in the present; for, when we do, it's only about things we need to use shape the future, here and now.

Remember your past ,dream for your future but live in the present.

There is the past, and there is the future. The present is never more than the single second dividing one from the other. We live poised on that second as it's hurtling forward—toward what?
