I think after this I will probably want to get into management and stop the football side of it. You can never say never but I am basically thinking that way.

I believe that we now have a management team that will deliver stability, results and exciting football.

If you decide to add football it is important to hire good coaches. It is important to have all coaches work together. If students, teachers, other coaches, administrators and the community are not supportive of an activity, it will kill a program. I feel like anything we add will be a plus for the kids and the community.

The surveys showed an interest in volley ball, football and a marching band. We didn't have dance team written on the list but there were a lot of write-ins for a dance team. There was a big interest in the community for football.

So in the short term it might put pressure on management. But in the long term, it creates a lot of bad morale.

It probably means that now it is the difference between a full case-management program and not having one.
