I think it's really indicative of how Suffolk wants everyone to want to have a [unique] experience. It's not a trade school. I think it's a life-changing experience. You can study exactly what you want to know about and take it into your own hands You're designing your own semester.

It's an excellent opportunity for kids willing to work hard. There's nothing else like it.

They are a wonderful group of people. There were roaches crawling on my feet. I was speechless. The house smelled. The nurse held this woman's hand and treated her with such dignity. If I had a wish, it would be to give them a raise and hope to get more nurses to join them.

They are not a priority for this commissioner.

Companies need to start with the existing customer experience on their systems and build back the tools, technologies, and processes that will help them communicate better with their customers. Technology can only support a process that works. If the process is broken, technology cannot solve the problem.
