I can just deal with the options that are available to me, and these are the options. Do I like them? Not necessarily.

I think it's unfair to raise people's hopes that there might be a settlement in sight if you don't believe that, and I don't happen to believe that's the case.

There are always options available that are not obvious.

I think that each case has to be decided on its merits, and the merits of this application have to have been outstanding to weather all the storms that have been presented. It's been a long and expensive battle, and I doubt that anyone would be encouraged to want to take on such a battle unless they were confident that they too had as excellent a plan as this one.
