I think that each case has to be decided on its merits, and the merits of this application have to have been outstanding to weather all the storms that have been presented. It's been a long and expensive battle, and I doubt that anyone would be encouraged to want to take on such a battle unless they were confident that they too had as excellent a plan as this one.
