I visited with every student here at one point or another and none of them have said they feel unsafe here.

We terminated the test because it was unsafe at that point.

The point is that we are not at a place yet where we can say one way or the other.

At a certain point, you do feel like you're the only one who feels a certain way.

Although it's just one point we gained on them, it's better than none or losing one. Hopefully this a step in the right direction.

Both the residents of Shady Lane and the city had felt for years that it was an unsafe property. Really, the bottom line was providing affordable housing that is not safe isn't an option for the city.
