I wanted to learn more about the industry and set myself and my company apart from the competition.

We?re up when you?re asleep. We might have to get up at midnight, or 2 or 3 a.m.. It seems everybody wants to be open by 6:30 or 7 a.m.

We track the weather all day. We could get 3 to 7 inches, or the storm could miss us.

It?s another way of looking at the industry. I was forced to sit down and really read and learn the material.

We also had a competition between the males and the females for ice cream at lunch. Many of the kids have been so generous. It is good seeing everybody rallying behind a great cause.

When I started this company, I knew that in order to stay ahead of the competition, we needed to set and stick to a few basic priorities. So that's exactly what we did, and continue to do. Our priorities include exceeding customer expectations, maintaining our servers and equipment securely and properly, and striving toward excellence.
