I would like to see this become a Bourbon Street, where it's not only entertainment, it's where people live, where people work.

This is like Bourbon Street.

This individual assumed I was one of the derelicts on Bourbon Street.

We just need people to give it a second chance to say hey come back and see what we're doing.

I think it has an attraction: the Mardi Gras, Bourbon Street, the fun area, it's warmer than Madison. But now it's got the attraction of a city in dire need, a physical manifestation of a way we can help out.

It's still all about tourism and all about entertainment. But one of the challenges we have is getting more first-time visitors.
