If I could give my teenaged self any advice, it would be 'Calm down!'

Meditation helps me to calm down.

The yoga pose helps me to calm down and focus when I need to.

I grew up believing my sister was from the planet Neptune and had been sent down to Earth to kill me.

Sometimes I wish that I could go into a time machine right now and just look at my self and say, 'Calm down. Things are gonna be fine. Things are gonna be all great. Just relax.'

Nothing could be as hard as middle school.
