There's a lot of park land that would attract people with a lot of uses, such as children's play areas and having good transportation connectivity to downtown, as well as residential uses with the older buildings, as well as the new buildings,

Non-essential travel will be ended, idling of vehicles will be limited as much as possible and air conditioning will not be used, ... The point of all these things is to have some measurable impact in the amount of gasoline and diesel fuel consumed by city vehicles.

We need to take steps now,
